The security architecture working group is providing a platform for security architects in Melbourne to meet peers and exchange ideas to improve their security architecture delivery capabilities.
Meetings are organised by the ISACA Melbourne Chapter, the venue is sponsored by Deloitte Risk Advisory, and sessions are facilitated by Andreas Dannert, Immediate Past President of the ISACA Melbourne Chapter and Enterprise Security Architect within Deloitte Risk Advisory.
Attendees are encouraged to bring an open mind and willingness to share their experiences in order for everyone to get value out of these meetings.
Meeting Topic: Key Security Services & Capabilities
If you had only a limited number of security services to choose from, what would they be? What security relevant capabilities do you believe are essential to an organisation regardless of their type? What do organisations benefit most from? Hint: There might be publicly available advise that could give you a head start if you haven’t sort about these questions yet.
In this security architecture working group session for the year we will explore and discuss what services/capabilities might be useful and what strategies could be employed to make viable decisions. As a starting point we will look at some advise publicly available and how that could be utilised if you would have to start from scratch.
